The Viñas del Cénit portfolio aims to reflect the identity of the old vineyards in Tierra del Vino de Zamora, where the Tempranillo variety is predominant, but where other varieties, both red and white, also exist. Among the reds, we find Tempranillo, but also Garnacha Tintorera, for example. Among the whites, there are Verdejo, Godello, Albillo, and Palomino.
The Cénit Colection shows its impressive Tempranillos, powerful, yet with remarkable elegance, and aging potential.
However, there is a part of the history of this territory that we have missed. The one that is hidden in the rest of the varieties that can be found in the old vineyards. Viñas del Cénit wants to recover this personality through the Field Blend Colection, a bet that is groundbreaking, although it was born from listening to what the old vines tell about the origin and identity of the Tierra del Vino de Zamora region.
