Field Blend Las Contiesas is crafted from white grapes that can be found in the old vineyard in Tierra del Vino de Zamora: Doña Blanca is the predominant variety, but also Verdejo, Godello, Palomino, and Albillo. The vineyards are organic and range from 80 to 100 years old.

Tasting Note

Doña Blanca is the main variety in our vineyards and it is characterized for its honest expression of the land where it comes from. White fruit, citrus and minerality are the main aromas. Both on the nose and in the mouth it expresses the great varietal variety that exists in the old vineyard of Tierra del Vino, its amusing complexity its surprising.

Food Pairing

Rice dishes, semi-cured hard cheeses, foie gras, baked fish and Asian cuisine.
